Ruby is a Malkavian who thinks she's a queen. She really believes it and
expects people to treat her accordingly. She's really very kind and
benevolent, though she can be a bit of an air-head at times. She's 8th gen
and makes no secret of it. As a matter of fact, she's fairly open about
herself. She travels around a great deal, especially on the East Coast, and
is good friends with many of the other kindred. A lot of people like her, or
so it seems. She has another obsession: television and magazines. It's tough
to tell, but she doesn't seem to have any enemies. She's very charming,
majestically so. As a matter of fact, she is a very impressive figurehead.

Description:
Ruby is a rather plastic imitation of a queen. She wears a plastic tiara
(like the kind made for little girls to play dress-up). She has some sense
of style, though she tends to go way overboard. Despite this, she is
relatively attractive, with long blonde-red hair and a constant, polite
smile. She is graceful and prefers very feminine, evening dresses. On her
pinkie, she wears a gift given her by her loyal subjects: a ring with a
giant plastic gem that is lit from the inside and blinks with different 
colors.
