Days Past



Whimsy huggles Hagbutt dispite his extreme discomfort and distaste. "You
remember me, was i ever gone though,i don't remember that!" and actually
you aren't the only one, i myself begin to find new years a tired holiday
and one of the more boring,perhaps it was kinda neat in long past years
but now its been done to death. its just another excuse for people to
party,drug and drink themselves to death. but i don't mind relating
anything good that's happened This YEAR and telling people how cool they
truly are and stuff as long as somebody else started it.  but this oh
its a new year oh wow,blah...it bores me me. yeah sure cool things may
happen and good things may or may not be achieved but why not just let
those things happen and celebrate THEN when they actually do.

i propose a new holiday to be called Days Past. On days past(the same day
as new years) we will instead celebrate the things we have done and have
achieved and think about our cool friends. yes some of the same things as
new years but it will be a different sort of thing and none of this
rushing the future we will let things happen as they may happen. And most
importantly will realize that this may just be another year,no big deal,
but we will still be able to feel good about it and ourselves.
