Time system:
In effect, this is "Malkavian Time". We use Greenwich mean time, just
because no one ever uses it. All right, and it's base, easily
convertible time. Plus, it's non-partisan. Relatively so, anyway.
Converting to Malkavian time:
That annoying daylight savings time: If you have it, you have to subtract one from your conversion to Malkavian time. For example...
To convert from Greenwich time to your local time, simply reverse it. For example, if you wanted to meet the elusive Hagbutt, who promised to be on at 12 Noon Sunday, Malkavian time, and you were in Pittsburgh (East Coast Daylight Savings time), you would Subtract 4 hours, and realize that you'd have to be on at 8AM in the morning to talk with him.
